It’s all about balance. Two worlds that must co-exist, you know…like when you’re in a relationship and one person wants to watch ESPN while the other wants a bit of reality…reality show, that is. So, you settle on Jon Stewart and the world is a happy place again, at least for the next half hour.
You may ask yourself, what is yin yang? It’s a concept and a phenomenon representing dichotomy and duality. Yin is the “she.” However, unlike most women, it represents darkness, passiveness, downward seeking…and well, you get the picture. Yang is the “he” and, unlike most men ;) it represents sunshine, activity, masculinity, fire. |

Q: Which sunscreen should I use on my face? There are so many; I never know which one to buy
A: I understand that it is overwhelming to go into a drug store and see shelves of sunscreen. The most important aspect is to find a sunscreen that you will actually use everyday. Often times, the most effective suncreens are the least cosmetically elegant because they can be thick, greasy, and may leave a white film on your face. Therefore, I encourage everyone to sample a few.
